Her emotional eating made her feel sick and unwell all times. Her parents, both aged in their 50s, and experiencing heart attacks and arthritis-related ailments, passed away. She realized she needed to assume responsibility for her health. It was not about dieting it was about health, and finding a way to live which maximized how our bodies were meant to work.
