The most glamorous of careers often hide the most piteous stories underneath. A winner of both the USA and World champions in hurdle events, Lolo Jones has reached her current position after many years of hard work and an immense patience. Born to a single mother with five kids, Jones had a difficult and impoverished childhood. Her mother was always moving and she even spent some time living at the bottom of her home. The sporadic lifestyle forced Jones to attend a new school every year until the time she entered in high school. Jones had to live away from mother at Theodore Roosevelt School in order pursue her love of track. Her family was split up in high school so she could be capable of focusing on her academics. Jones also played cello in the orchestra of her school. While at school, she was awarded the Gatorade Athlete Of The Year Award for the Iowa Track & Field. Jones began her career in the NCAA as one of the most talented hurdlers. In 2002, at the NCAA Track & Field Championships, Jones won the 100 meter hurdles. Jones was also a member of the team that finished second in the 100-meter Relay race. Jones has won indoor hurdles at the NCAA Championships both in 2003 and 2004. Profession After finishing her education in 2005, Jones started to train hard to pursue an athletic career in track. That same year she was the winner of the Torino Memorial Event, while in 2026, she was the winner of the Ostrava Track competition as well as Heusden.

Growing up in Cape Town South Africa Brandt moved with her family to Auckland New Zealand in her in her late teens. Brandt was discovered in Auckland by casting directors. She was then offered the part of Naevia as a character in the Starz hit show Spartacus Blood and Sand and Spartacus Gods of the Arena. With producers Steven S. D Knight (Sam Raimi) and Steven S. Lesley Ann Brandt was born 2nd December in Cape Town in South Africa. She's a very talented New Zealand actress. Lesley Brandt moved along with the entire family to Auckland New Zealand in 1999. She began her career within Auckland as a retail store owner after which she was promoted to an IT consultant. Lesley was featured in a variety of commercials after doing a couple of modelling projects. The year 2008 was the time she finished her training in acting. Then, in 2009 she began her training again with the Meisner approach to study. Her first acting job was with the new Zealand TV drama Diplomatic Immunity. Lesley Brandt made a guest appearance on the New Zealand's television series Shortland Street in the role of a support actor. She then appeared in the Sci-fi thriller This Is Not My Life, based on anecdotal Waimoana. Lesley Brandt was cast in the Television series Spartacus: Blood and Sand as Naevia who was a teen hostage and later depicts on the Spartacus: Gods of the Arena miniseries.
